New Hilton credit card

Hilton has finally launched its new credit card, online details are here.
Its a Barclay card and comes with 10000 HH points on first spend plus Hilton Silver status. You earn 2 HH points for every 1 and 3 points for every 1 spent at a Hilton property.I applied online and there is no way to input your current HH number so hopefully sort that when the card arrives. Sods law when I got home a paper application for the card had arrived in the post and there is a box for your current HH number.All in all looks exactly the same as the old Beneficial card.

Has anyone had their new Card points added to their HHonors account ?

I've had my statement confirming my points ( even though the intro bonus is wrong ) but nothing has appeared in my account.

Given my past experience with dealing with Credit card companies, I'd prefer not to ring them unless I have to!

I applied for this card online & was acepted & the PIN no letter arrived followed by the card 2 days later.

When I 'phoned the number to validate my card I was asked for my HH number which I gave.

As that was only on Saturday I have not yet bothered to check.

Will let you know how mine all works out but guess that it may take some while for the 10,000 HH points to actually arrive in my account after my first statement.

I got the new Priority Club Visa (Barclays) and it was the same with the online app - nowhere to input the current member number.

When I got the card I enquired as to where my 20k signup was and was told it had been credited - to a NEW PC account and that I had to speak to ICHG. I did get it sorted (merged) and to my delight the 'new' account had 40k in it instead of 20!!!!

Pity VA MBNA amex can't be so straight forward. Will have to make yet another call to MBNA tomorrow chasing my o/s flying miles[V]
