Britannia Airways became "ThomsonFly" in September 2004 after their owners (TUI) decided to rebrand. They have a range of 757 and 767 planes - the fleet is available to view here.
Not sure about those specific flights, but it'll be on one of these aircraft. They currently have 19 Boeing 757-200s, 3 Boeing 767-200s and 3 Boeing 767-300s.
They kept their IATA (BY) code after the switch, and still announce themselves with their "Britannia" callsign to air traffic control.
