Which car rental at Tampa?

Has anyone rented a car out of TPA? Any preferences on companies, Looking to book an SUV (any size) or Luxury in Feb.

Each time I have used Tampa I have rented via Hertz and claimed FC miles. The car rental place is just across from the terminal so no waiting for a bus to take you to a far-off parking lot [y]

I have always rented from Avis because I like their Avis Prefered scheme which promises you the keys in a few mins. However their standard of SUV's seem to be going downhill lately in Florida and I have returned and refused a lot. At SRQ the Avis guys actually admitted that there was an issue and they are using cheaper SUV's and advised me not to take those they had on offer[:?] so I took a brand new Toyota Camry instead and a partial refund. My friends had the same problem with the standard of car offered at Tampa last week.
