Amex Plat and Priority Pass renewal

My PP expires just before I go to the US. Do they automatically send me a new one or do I need to fill out another form and re-apply?

Though it doesn't hurt to call AmEx and get them to chase it as I have had the issue of my card expiring and the new one nowhere to be seen....

Update - I phoned, and they said they should send it out automatically, but I also commented about having moved, and was told they tell PP the new address, but they checked, and still had my old one, so they updated it and I should get a replacement soon so I can try out some new lounges on my trip [:D]
