Paul Clark: There is no international requirement for airlines to provide lavatory facilities for passengers. Airlines do however provide these facilities for free. We are not aware of any airlines who are not currently doing this.

Therefore we see no reason for regulatory intervention at present.

TBH, that is a somewhat stupid question. Far better things to ask questions on.

If you have to ask that question, at least remove the word 'international'.

I suspect that like most PQs, this was 'loaded' and there was more than just a coincidence should RyanAir actually be serious about charging for facilities.

With this Question now having been laid down, should something crop up in the future, then the Government could be rightly asked to re-consider Regulation
