Hilton Vouchers

Hi,

I was given some Hilton vouchers for xmas I have been looking it how to redeem them. However I cant see any mention on being able to do it online. Has anyone ever been able to redeem them on the website ?? if so how ?| (Im wanting to do it online to get the virgin points)

Do your vouchers have a promotional code written on them? If so select the option 'Add special rate codes' before completing your search on the Hilton booking engine?

Full T&Cs here, but the following extract appears to prohibit booking online "When redeeming Gift Vouchers for hotel accommodations, accommodations must be booked direct with Hilton Reservations: 0870 89 05550. Gift Voucher not valid for reservations made via Travel Agents or any other 3rd parties.

I suspect for accommodation you might be only able to redeem them against the BAR/rack rate meaning they might represent poor value compared to the regular AP or January sale rates. It does say they can be used for F&B too though, at participating hotels.

I will give the code thing a try but as RedVee says looks like its only over the phone so not sure on the rates
