As you may have read in my TR from the VS46, we had to wait an hour from calling Purple Parking to them delivering my car to T3 on Sunday morning.

I dispatched an email stating my unhappiness with this on Sunday night. This afternoon I received a voicemail offering me a refund of £20 for the Meet & Greet element of the service, £18 for the Valet they did, and a free valet on my next booking at Heathrow. A pretty good result I'd say.

Whilst I appreciate this is not a truly direct comparison, that same evening I sent an email to VS customer services, and got an automated response saying they might get back to me in 4 weeks... n(

A fine effort from PP and a fabulous result for you y) y) I always think that a company can redeem your confidence if they act swiftly and reasonably generously ^) ^)
