Just wanted to ask has anyone used or will be using Heathrow Cabs for pick up at a hotel for DTCI.

If so could they please tell me of their experience, or if going to when they return home.

Also up till what time the day before do you have to tell Virgin of what vehicle and driver. Have had a look at some reports on here but nothing recent.

Thanks in advance. Linda :)

Can't comment on cabs but just had the email to use DTCI for my flight to SFO next week: you have until no later than 12 hours before your flight to confirm the details!

Didn't someone ask the same question recently then reported that they were more than happy with this company who were able to give her the info VS needed.

Am sure a quick search would show up the thread.

If you let them know when calling to book your slot that you're coming in a taxi, I think they can make a note of that and you can call them 30 minutes before you're scheduled to arrive with the details of the car. That's how it played out for me in february.

Thanks Tinuks,

As i am now home all the time I have plenty of time to organise our trip. y)
