AMEX Platinum Travel website

Just browsing hotels in Copenhagen on AMEX and this message popped up "Our records indicate that your American Express Card has a rewards program other than Membership Rewards or you cannot use your points at this time. You can continue your booking using card as payment, and you will earn the great rewards associated with your Card."

Not sure what they're on about? ?|

I have been having trouble with the membership rewards website this morning, my MR balance is not showing up against my card and when I try and redeem my points it just comes up with a page stating "We're sorry, Online Services have been unable to complete your request."

I hope this gets fixed soon as I want to transfer some points before the 25% bonus offer ends on Friday.

Likely weekend maintenance, mine shows the same...
