In term's of service and food yes it would be,but the seat/bed is an old design and the IFE is a couple of generations behind the other airlines.

The Emirates first class on their 777s and 330-200/340-300 planes is distinctly first generation and nowhere near that offered by SQ, CX or even BA. The 340-500 has the 'cabins' with the mini-bar etc.
