US Currency Card

I wonder if anyone can help. I have a colleague over from San Diego and I introduced her to my Caxtonfx currency card when she popped to Denmark. She's now wondering if there is a US equivalent as her bank doesn't issue chip and pin. Does anyone know if there is anything out there please. Thanks for your help
