Hi

Planning a nice weekend to Paris and thought, rather than use BA from edi to cdg, would try bmi to increase my miles.

bmi does not fly direct to cdg from edi but via lhr. Does any one know if i would get points on both sectors of the outbound and inbound flights or would both parts be counted as "one" flight.

Booking thro flybmi if that makes a difference.

thanks

Depends on how far you're travelling (obviously EDI>LHR>CDG isn't going to qualify) :D

Hi David

Yeah, sorry that was a little obtuse :)

No experience of this, but I have a feeling that if you book the EDI>LHR>EDI and LHR>CDG>LHR separately, then you'd get appropriate mileage awards for both segments. But, if you just booked EDI>CDG>EDI, then you'd just get miles for EDI>CDG>EDI.

Cheers
