I wasnt sure where to post this so here goes:
I booked my VH with Airmiles and have had nothing but problems from them.
1) once i had booked they advised me that they can only accept credit cards for balances no cheques allowed! (i have booked uc / pe as a surprise on this trip and my c/c does not have a limit of at least £4000 to pay balance!Why didnt they say at start of booking that they dont accpet cheque payments?
2) at time of booking UC on i/b was available according to VH wedsite & call centre but Airmiles was adament only PE.These UC flights have been showing available for some time and now ther is only PE (which is what i had booked)
3) Despite being told that my domestic timings have not been assigned yet by VH.I telephoned VH who very kindly said they have been assigned and gave me my domestic flight timings!
I dont know if its worth chancing cancelling my airmilies booking (loosing a hefty deposit)and getting the freq flyer club at VH to re-book but i may loose my uc outbound seats!
Any advice guys?
