Hi,

A trip report.

Dates of stay: 25th August to 27th August
Room 133

I had booked a RC levle room and arrived by car from Agra around 330pm.

The car is searched before going up the hotel drive ( mirror underneath then engine trunk and boot are opened).

You have to go through a metal detector as you enter the lobby and your handbaggage is searched.

Check in was quick and was told I had been upgraded to a Junior suite. I was escorted by the check in agent to the room. To get in you had to press the switch above the door handle and then push your room key againat it unti lthe red light turned green.

The Jr Suite was excellent with a livnig room ( tv and dvd player and a sofa with a table and fruit ( red/greeen apples) and a candle with a bowl of water and aromatic oil to pour into the water.
The lving room and bedroom are seaprated by a sliding retractrable door.
The bathoom was very nice with a glass basin on top of the marble counter.
The bath and shower were in a separate glass room with a rainhead shower ( very nice).
They also had a dental kit, a shaving kit and a loofah.
The room had slippers/bathrobe and a safe as well as several bottles of water ( replenished at turndown service).
The pool area is very nice with a swimming lane in the middle.
The fitness center is very good.
The cafe did a very good buffet dinner (1000 rps) with nice iced tea. The rock waterfall features were very good and the lobby is beautiful).

The RC club on the 6th floor did very nice evennig snacks ( the blueberry mango cheesecakes slices were very good) and the breakfast was good ( no orange juice but the sweetline juice was nice) . There were free pc's too.

One wing of the hotel is being renovated currently. The corridors are very nice with stone features on the lower half of the wall. and black & white pictures of indian sights along the wall. ONe evening I was walking down the corridor ( past the crew lounge ) to my room when there was a power cut. It and all I could see was the green exit light. The power came back on in a few seconds).

Overall a good stay.

Regards
