Flying club number change and MBNA

Ive recently moved to silver, so my Flying club number has changed. Do I need to inform MBNA of this or will the miles find they way to my account? I hate Calling MBNA so if I dont have to I wont!

You wont need to do anything as VS/Flying Club have a system in place where, as you move up the tiers of Flying Club, any previous account numbers are maintained and linked to your new higher tier membership number.

It was only during the Amex upgrade process did I notice that MBNA where still using my Ag FC number from 3 years ago but the miles had still been transfered as per usual every month.
