Question about the Jan double miles offer

Not sure if anybody will know the answer but worth a shot. As part of the Jan double miles offer, one of the places you get double is with BP, I have filled the car up quite a few times this month at a BP signed station but on my Amex online statement the transaction doesn't show as BP but the company who owns the garage (a company called Snax), because of this will I still earn double miles for these purchases or does it apply to BP owned garages only?
