SW Steakhouse - Wynn hotel.

Has anybody tried the SW Steakhouse in the Wynn hotel - When I was there last year we tried to get in and were laughed at - said we needed to book weeks in advance - I have some friends heading over soon for the first time and are staying at the Wynn - I know its supposed to be expensive but is it worth the money to enjoy the experience?

I haven't eaten there, I have heard good reviews about it though, however I find 99% of things at Wynn to be overpriced in the extreme.

Slightly o/t... Assuming you mean literally laughed at...I hate it when that happens - always seems like a putdown. A simple "sorry sir, we're full, and we'd recommend booking a few weeks in advance" would get the message across.

Yeah , but then again it is Vegas and they do things differently.
