Eos and Maxjet in approaches to big European airli

Article in The Times yesterday:

Eos and Maxjet, the business-only transatlantic airlines, have approached a number of European carriers, including British Airways, looking for a partner or possible buyer.

Interesting, the big boys could well feed a lot of traffic to these airlines.

However a partnership I can see, kind of like the way AA and BA are, an out right purchase..well that just can't happen as the US rules for foreign ownership come into play.
