T3 Hotel advise

I know I asked this question some time ago but I need some up to date information on where best to stay. We are booked to fly to Taipei with Cathay J the 27th but now have to go to Heathrow on the 26th as we canot risk our orginal Aer Lingus flights due to the possibility of a strike. Bmi are fully booked the 27th.Please dont suggest the Thistle as my last stay was a nightmare with the room being filthy etc. Many thanks in advance,
