HHonors Problems?

Are there any other V-Flyer / HHonors members that have been experiencing problems with their points and miles allocations lately. Mine have been orders of magnitude below what they should have been...

I don't use them that often but until earlier this week I had a stay and miles outstanding from July.

I tried various emails and telephone calls to the numbers on the website but then emailed [email protected] and had the points added within 2 days, with a promise of the miles being added within 30 days.

I had a recent issue with the LHR Hilton they were changing their computer system.The new system went online on a Monday morning at 5am we were the second room to check-out using the new system only took about 30 minutes, god alone knows what chaos happened at about 9am:D

Any how only the bar bill credited not the room charge.I called the Glasgow number 00800444066677 and explained, man said it would be sorted within a week and it was[y]

Don't knock a 0 off of the HH number as you will get through to a very ticked off bookies[:I]

Thanks for the advices. Unfortunately all roads thus far (phone, email) seem to lead to promises to "look into it" which come to naught. Perhaps it's time to start writing letters.

I've just had an email to say my points/miles for a stay on the 15 October (London) has now been credited correctly - they had only posted a total of 129 points[:(]. Unfortunately, my next stay on 30/31 October (Leeds) has also posted incorrectly - showing the right USD value but no points/miles/AU bonus or promotional miles. I'm going to wait a few days to see if last night's stay Birmingham)posts correctly before sending off another email.

I used the hiltonres email after getting no response from the Glasgow one for over a week.
