FC recognition on US booking website?

Does anyone know if my FC number will be recognised and accepted if booking online on the US Airways website or are we going to have to hang on to our stubs and submit them on our return? After a fair bit of dithering I'm looking to book us on US for our LAS-SFO (or OAK) leg in August (which will earn 500 miles).It will be much easier if I can enter our FC numbers (and have them correctly recognised) at the time of booking and have the miles credited direct.

You should be fine - we recently flew LAS - LAX connecting onto VS8 and the miles appeared in the FC account fairly swiftly. US also checked our bags thu to LHR which saved some hassle.

There was a problem with the US Airways website and payment which was a pain - though i can't recall what it was (sorry).
