Reward Questions

This may have been answered elsewhere but I did a quick search and couldn't find anything.. so here goes.

1) I've got a Companion reward show up on my account, but have never had an upgrade reward show up... should I have? Surely you get one of these before you get to the Companion level?

the upgrade gets applied once a year on your card anniversary whereas the companion is available as soon as you qualify.

Assuming you have a Black VS AMEX, if you spend £10k in a year would you therefore get 2x PE upgrades and 1 x companion?

Yep, that is correct, you will earn max of 2 PE upgrade vouchers in each year. All the details about the Black Amex are here.

Cheers Neil, i've already got a Black card, just been musing about whether it's worth going for all 3 vouchers or just a PE one and a companion. It's abit of a minefield!

ahhh, so the one voucher I want for a flight in April is the one I have to wait for... rrrrubbish!
