Anyone comment on the quality of this airline. Looking at San Diego to JFK in July.
Prices only showing up to April. Does anyone have a comparision date for how flight prices will be in July i.e. use Feb prices.
Thanks.

I travelled JetBlue over the summer Boston - New York and had no problems whatsoever. Free snack and the IFE is mainly satellite TV with some pay-per-view movies. Try to get a seat towards the front of the plane as they tend to have a couple of inches more legroom.

If you have a copy of the Sunday Times from this weekend, there was a review of JFK - San Diego in the Travel section although it doesn't seem to have been published on the website. Main point from it was that the author would have no problems travelling JetBlue again.

Paul

There is quite a long thread here about Jet Blue, which may help.

To prevent a duplicate discussion, I have locked the old thread and ask that all new comments about Jet Blue be posted in this new one.

Thanks

They are a decent airline, the only issue I would have with them (which to be fair is with every airline) is the JFK part, fi you have an afternoon flight you are in for a long wait on the tarmac.

David's comment is correct BUT jetBlue does turn on the live TVs at the gate so I sorta zone out...

Go with Virgin AMerica! IF you have to go via LAX/SFO from JFK it will be worth it!

True, I liked this about Frontier as well...wonder why VS feels the need to shut down the IFE so early...

Had a bad experience on a transcon with jetblue but most people seem to speak highly of the airline, so maybe my flight was a one-off.
