How long do miles earned from a Hertz rental booking (via the FC website) take to reach my FC account and do they generally reach the account without the need to chase them ?

I can't remember exactly how long they take to arrive into an a/c but, I do know that sometimes they have arrived within 4-6 weeks & sometimes they have to be chased n( .
As an aside, I'm still trying to get BA miles credited from February :0 n( .
