Just an update - I am with smile bank (part of The Co-Operative), and they have a service called smilemore.

Arguably not worth the money, but for £13 a month I get good worldwide travel insurance and more importantly, they have changed their Airport Lounge partner from Airport Angels to Priority Pass, with four free visits included.

I'm with the COOP. The bundle we get includes RAC breakdown cover and Worldwide travel indurance and has always included Priority Pass.

£13 pm is god value.

Definitely used to offer me Airport Angels, and they don't have great coverage so always declined it.

This time I just went for it but when docs arrived (Three weeks late) it was all moved to Priority Pass.

I get Airport Angel with my barclays premier account - as well as some other goodies :P - got to say I have always found their coverage fine for my purposes.

After an extremely random holiday in Tenerife last year I was able to use their one and only open "business" lounge.. free bar and biscuits, what more could a lad ask for ii)

Always remember priority pass gets you air Canada arrivals after offloading from a VS flight in am, if you're not in UC...

Been a Smile account holder for years, BUT "smilemore" was a waste of of time and money for us! v(
Advised them that Mrs hazban was taking some blood pressure pills and advised by them that any heart condition wouldn't be covered! You are no doubt much younger and healthier? These types of account have some advantages but do your homework, will you ever need some of the benefits, could they be obtained separately on your terms.
Never needed to seek a claim on the insurance but can you imagine the difficulties if I hadn't been so honest ?|

Four free visits included? I assume its not the PP level that gives you free access to all lounges then? What does it offer over just paying after those 4 free visits?
