Charged for guests on amex platinum priority pass...

Having been told here that you get two free guest passes on PP, one on the holders card, another on the supplementary (I think it was here, never can tell, can you?), turns out I was charged 15 quid per person for a guest on the card...

Never really used it before, but got new card and it said it was charged. Went back to the statement and found that it had been charged the last few times...

Was this ever true? Did I imagine it?

No - yopu're not going mad . Just ring Amex customer services and they'll remove it.It's happened to me and never been an issue when I've rung them to remove from my Amex statement.

Just phoned up and got them removed.

The nice lady on the line said that you _must_ present the platinum amex along with your priority pass to get free guests in. That's what has been happening....

Previously been told it was internal and automatic. Seems not to be so. For future reference of people here...
