Which Is The Better of The Priorty Pass Lounges At LHR T3?

I have a flight from LHR T3 tomorrow and can use either the No 1 or Swissport Lounge. Are there any recommendations about which one to go for? It's an early doors flight so alcohol isn't a factor...

I like the Number One for breakfast. There have been some reports lately though of it being very busy, and not admitting non-booked (Priority Pass) customers.
