Aladdin Las Vegas- Earning SPG points as of now

Hi,

According to the SPG forum on flyertalk, you can now earn SPG points at the Aladdin whilst it is in the process of being converted into a Planet hollywood-Sheraton hotel over the next 18 months -2years.
