About 10 days ago rang up customer services about an issue on hubby’s account. We have been unable to get into it for several months.

They tried everything to no avail and said they would upscale it to IT dept to provide a link sent to his email address so we could reset password. Nothing as yet so have had to use my remaining miles to book a flight late next year.

Should we ring them up again or give them a few more weeks.

The agent did say they could redeem the miles from hubby's account but as the seats became available I grabbed them on my account so as not to lose them as they are to Vegas next October. First time with Virgin in nearly 7 years so it will be interesting to see how they have changed compared with the 350 we usually fly with BA.

I know everyone has apps these days but we are old school and do not have that many.
