I enjoyed this TR, it was good to get a Crew's perspective. Having spent many years travelling in Virgin Economy, I know how hard you work in that cabin.
I hope you find time to post more TRs. It was a good read.

I've often wondered what happens when top chefs fly. Lets face it, the best airline meals are never going to match a restaurant.




We were on a flight a few years back with Ruth Rogers of the River Cafe she was not an easy customer for the crew to please.She sent back nearly everything they served her.

I found your account both fascinating and helps explain much of the mystery.

For the record, I appreciate the amount effort that goes in to make a flight successful
