Check-in was swift and friendly. Very impressed with the clubhouse which I hadn't visited for many years. Breakfast was of an extremely high standard and so was the service. The flight was a little late leaving but that was no problem at all since I had plenty of time for my connection at Antigua. The crew were confident, friendly and efficient. One of the guys seemed a little nervous but generally they were great. Also, the crowd up front was low key and not out to make a show of themselves (not a stiletto in sight nor was there any bling 'n' bleach as is usually the case). Antigua's airport is worth avoiding on a Saturday. Every airline that's ever in, seemed to be in and the departure lounge was a ghastly and chaotic scrum. Other than that, a very pleasant and stress-free journey.
