Plane half hour late leaving LAS and then delayed on runway.Auto safety video did not work, so had to do it manually. Because of turbulence soon after takeoff for about 30 minutes, pre-meal drinks were not served. Only 2 stewards on top deck, which made service slow.I ordered lamb curry from the menu, but only 10 servings put on board, so had to have chicken stew, which was awful.My seat was fairly comfortable, but showing it's age (when will the new seating be fitted?).The controls for using the Onboard Flight Entertainment was locked, which made it very difficult to use, but as what was being shown was very poor, I soon gave up. Luckily the flight was only 9 hours long and we arrived only 35 minutes late.

n( What a disappointing trip for you! It's when you have experiences like this it makes you wonder about going over to the dark side.....grass is not always greener, though v(
