Well after spending nearly two weeks in Florida and las Vegas it was time to return home I had checked in online 24 hours before and managed to get seq 1&2 again :) I was disappointed with terminal 2 at las Vegas and the lack of facilities and it got very stuffy in there with nearly 900 people waiting for the Manchester and gatwick flights. we started boarding at 16.30 and we were soon seated in the bubble immediately after sitting down I noticed that my seat back was very wobbly when in the upright position and wasn't comfortable compared to the seat my friend was in however I put up with it as the flight was full the usual pre departure fizz was served and the fsm announced that all 453 passengers and 18 crew were on board and the flight would take 9 hours 20 minutes.Taking off we got a fantastic view of the strip and canyon :) drinks and food were soon served choice of either lamb curry, chicken or pasta I had the chicken which was very nice, juice and water was served regulary and was also available from the top of the stairs, the crew on the upper deck were not very friendly and quite abrupt when serving and they didn't interact with passengers very well. breakfast was served a hour and half before landing I had the full english which was ok,we landed on time and were soon off the aircraft, the flight was not as good as the outbound due to the seat and cabin crew but I had a great holiday and it's now time to plan next years :)

When we were coming back on the 21st as we were at the terminal very early, we had a chance to chat to some of the staff as tey arrived. It seems they are building a new terminal over the road for international departures and the original one will be used for domestic. Don't know when this will be finished sometime late 2012 :D
