I typed a full report, went to preview it, it said I needed to log in again and when I did, the report had gone. Tried to recover the previous page but without success and can't be bothered to type it all again.

In summary, on Mustang Sally, got 28A/C for my wife and daughter at the airport, initially told $80 each but ticketing agent then said 'We don't charge for those seats in PE'.

Security very quick, friendly, polite but stil thorough.

Seats very good for my wife and daughter, mine was good, dinner ok but only 2 bits of chicken, breakfast awful, cabin crew excellent, luggage already on the carousel despite being one of the first off the plane.

The main point I wanted to make - sat in 29A you see just how hard the cabin crew work. Seemed to be constantly on the go throughout the flight yet remained incredibly polite and friendly so hats off to them.

Our first flights since 2008, first in the new PE seats and really enjoyed it so thank you VS.

Sounds like a great flight with a positive CC on board doing everything they can to enhamce the experience
