Children, small children, in Upper. Why?????? How????? To be fair,the extended family group of 12 or so were not in any way disruptive, just the small children, 3/4 or so. The parents/grandparents behaved very well, especially the dads, but the children were terrible, in my opinion. Easter hols, what can you expect? And, I hadn't paid for the seat, they had!
No greeting this time from the CSM but the crew overall were much more friendly and engaged, when the lady near me became upset, she received excellent support/comfort from the crew who I thought were quite brilliant. The flight was,children apart, uneventful.The new food service was not very different from the old one....afternoon tea was more of "an affair", but other than that, much the same but then I don't eat cheese so the trolly service was wasted on me.
Landed 30 mins early only to wait 10 mins for an airbridge. Exited L1 to find IRIS still working. Why are they ending this excellent system????????????
