Booked purple parking meet and greet for this 4 day trip. They usually drive you round to the DTCI when you are met at T3 however I was a little worried when we arrived and found we now have to leave the car up on the 3rd floor of the short stay park.

However the Purple Parking guy was happy to take us round as he was quiet (not sure if this would be possible if they were busy?)
Armed with my electronic passbook boarding pass DTCI very smooth although I was given a paper one as 'there have been some glitches!'

Clubhouse amazing as ever - it really is an asset to VS and would make me think twice about travelling with any other airline out of LHR.

Very glad we were in the front section - this is my favourite place to fly in UC on any aircraft. The cabin seemed clean and tidy and comparing this to my last UC flight in the new DS I realised why so many prefer the old seat - will definitely choose it if I have a choice in future.

IFE although not touch screen seemed updated and quicker than before. Wasn't aware it had been updated but did look different. Food very nice and better than I remember - think I had duck and beef!

My only complaint with this flight was that the CC seemed vacant and disinterested - everything had to be asked for and they were very invisible. Most of the time they seemed to be in the galley eating and didn't seem pleased to be interrupted from their chats! Shame as otherwise it was a great flight and CC were very different on our return on VS026 (TR to follow)

Sounds like everything was seamless on this flight, except the inconsistency of the crew.
Most of the TRs posted lately have had a positive report of the CC in UC so it is unfortunate that you had the slightly negative experience v(

Thanks for posting your TR....look forward to the 26 review y)

Thanks for the TR

You would have thought VS Management would have been impressing on all staff how crucial it is to do everything to retain passengers
