Once I got to the gate I had a nice chat with a BA pilot who was actually taking the same flight down as he had a flight from Heathrow to Denver on the 777! Had a rather long chat with him about being a pilot too (as it is my life aspiration!). So he took down my email and said he'd get back to me with some info, nice of him!

They then called passengers in rows 1-10, I had 3D myself but we all got moved. I got moved all the way back to 23D! I couldn't complain much though as it was only a short flight. Boarded the aircraft and was very happy with the legroom. Being it only an A320 I wasn't expecting much, I've been on charter flights on A320's/752's and had no where near as much leg room. So being 6'2 myself I was happy with it. The seats were also really comfy, love how they've removed the pillows at the top and changed it with the new moving ones which also can be shaped around your head. Anyway, drinks and snacks were served. I only had a a cup of orange juice with some of the limited edition Tyrrell 'Plane' Crisps and a cookie (very nice).

We had originally took off late at around 1140 (scheduled 1115 and to land at 1220) but the pilot managed to get us on the ground at 1210, impressed with that, was about 1240 once we had debarked and been transferred to terminal 3 by bus.
All thats left is the rest of the journey on VS1! Stay tuned.
