Truely best PE flight I've been on ever. And thats saying something.
The flight was underloaded on PE, probably down to the timings on the route - but personally ideal for getting on Mumbai TZ quick. Well as long as you don't sleep on flight !
Service on board was excellent, I could not fault - multiple sparking wine offered on boarding, then drinks service throughout entire flight was available without request - and super-attentive. Almost was one drink was finished, another arrived.
The food was okay, normal plane faire, but better than what I have received on BA/AA recently.
Upon landing, Mumbai had massive queues, literally never seen that bad - think about 4x the length the worst I've seen at san fran. In positives, PE entitled to use business lane, so 15 mins and was through that.
Picked up by my driver and whisked to my apartment for the week I'm staying.
Based on this one flight, VS is my choice for all future Mumbai endeavours, so expect a TR in August for the next visit.
