Good trouble free early Saturday morning journey along M4 from Bristol to Terminal 3. Arrived at terminal 3 & experienced only negative part of our trip, Purple Parking had been booked for Meet & Greet service for 07.40, eventually driver arrived (after 3 phone calls) at 08.10, no apology received from driver or telephone operator.
Dropped off at DTCI & all very, very good from there, even with quick stop at duty free & WHS we arrived in Clubhouse within 15 minutes of arriving at DTCI.
Once in Clubhouse appointments made for my haircut & partners manicure. Enjoyed very good full English breakfast & several glasses of bubbly & efficient service for both treatments.
Left Clubhouse at first call & were straight on to aircraft without any queue at all.
Once on board bubbly quickly served, from that moment all aspects of flight & service were excellent, brilliant FSM & staff, probably best I have experienced. Enjoyed all aspects of flight including sharing a few drinks with fellow passengers at the bar.
Once landed in Chicago, straight off aircraft & absolutely no queue at immigration.
