After a pleasant overnighter at the Hilton & no problems with check-in (no queue) or security we set of on-time for Vegas.

The cabin was a tad warm but was soon cooled and comfortable.

Popcorn was served and after two hours our main meal arrived - I opted for a tasty vegetable broth (ham hock salds was the other starter option), followed by an excellent Chicken Caesar salad and strawberry and custard tart which was delicious.

Cheese (three selections) and port was served shortly after.

The mini-burger from the Graze menu was very good and it was good to see Clipper Organic green tea on board - I can't comment on the bar as I'm in a period of abstinence.

Apart from lengthy turbulence over Manitoba the flight went very smoothly and we landed half an hour ahead of schedule into the furnace that is Vegas.

All in all, a very good and satisfying experience, enhanced by Vera which impressed me.

Total passengers 288 - flight time 10hrs 3 mins ^)
