So we were very organised for our first Little Red flight but still too excited to sleep and so were up extra early for the 11/2hr drive to Edinburgh. Check in was fine, the ground staff had to check our bags through LHR manually as our domestic and international flights were on separate reservations, but they were happy to do this as there was no queue behind us.
Had a quick cuppa in the very smart No1 lounge then started boarding "Queen of The Cobbles." Nice friendly welcome by CC onto a packed, purple lit cabin!
We had a fast, smooth flight and OH loved his bacon butty
A short wait at the landing gate for everyone to board the bus to transfer between T2 and T3. Nice to get a wee tour of the bits of LHR I've never seen!
Arrived at T3 ready for the magic staircase (only a bit sad not to be able to use DTCI!)

Iirc 747star has just been to San Fran and LA
