And this was the brilliant seat which would not become a bed!

My daughters seat would fold flat on a recent flight and they offered 8000 miles as compo, I refused and they offered 20000, I thought I'd chance my arm and refused their offer again and they upped it to 30000!!!!

Needless to say I took this offer......
