After very nearly missing our BA flight from MAN to LGW (due to my colleague ) we arrived in LGW with plenty of time to spare and visited the check in desks to see if we could have our seats changed to the small economy cabin to the rear of PE. The check in agent was more than happy to oblige and handed us boarding cards for our new seats (23J & 23K)

Boarding was prompt, with UC & PE being boarded first.

Even though the flight was nearly full, the small economy cabin was a very quiet and relaxing environment.

Flight departed on time, fantastic service from the crew, no issues with the IFE (other than the fact it was the old style system), food was great and the seats were far better than expected in economy.
