The Oasis lounge is a great place to take advantage of when not traveling Upper (although I do want to try out the new JFK lounge at some point in the near future!) Priority Pass will gain access to Oasis and it is by far the best lounge at this level.
The flight itself... I was allocated 18A at check in - a nice touch... even better when I realized the 18C was empty!
The PE cabin was sparse... the 1st time I have every flown PE and had space

JAM is pretty good - although having just flown out a week ago, I had limited choice of films. It's also nice to be able to use my iphone/ipod with the system link.
I'm flying back out in July... the VS3 currently scheduled is A340-600 ... it's going to be hard going back to V:Port

The food was really good. I have noticed that PE meal services have improved vastly from what they were. Very enjoyable. The hot chocolate with token marshmallow was also well received.
6 hours 40 mins later, the Pilot was still trying to find London...we must have circled at least 4 rotations - rush hour in the skies above London, which then of course meant passport controll was a nightmare.
A quick shower in the Air Canada lounge and a danish or two and I was set for the day.
Always a fan of turning left!
