My quarterly trip up to see a customer at Manchester airport, and another trip up on the Little Red service.

At departures we were told that the plane was a little again (does this ever run on time?). I think the plane had gone tech this time, as we were in an Are Lingus liveried aircraft this time.

Flight time : 35 minutes

This was the most packed little red i've ever been on, the first 11-12 rows were jammed solid, and i think the back was the same. A real quick take off, i don't think we even stopped as we taxied to the runway, and we were away, within a few minutes the service started, tea, coffee and the usual cookie, mmm.

It always seems on this flight as soon as the attendants finish dishing out the refreshments they are back collecting the rubbish, and telling you to buckle up as you're about to land.

A really smooth landing at MAN, almost like the tyres kissed the runway, and a short walk to the exits.

A far more relaxed way to travel than sitting on the M6, and of course a few more miles for the account.
