Boarded at gate 22, so longest walk from the Clubhouse!
Boarding was very smooth, and into Seat 3D. 1G was free but the divider had broken so they were keeping it empty sadly.
First time on NEO for me, the seat in Upper is incredible, roomy and very private, more so than I thought it was going to be. I actually really like old Upper Class suite and am still not fully decided on what I think about the 35K seat yet.
The flight was very lightly loaded, 163 passengers, with about 8 seats free in Upper, Premium was about 15 seats free and then a scattering through Economy.
Cabin crew were really attentive and really looked after passengers well, noticing it was my birthday flight, so got a bottle of Champers to take off which was lovely. I had a quick seat in the bulkhead row of Premium to take some photos out of the window, and I must say, despite the narrowness, I did think that the premium seats were really comfy, more so than I thought they were going to be.
The loft I think still lacks the sparkle of the bar and I hung out there several times to have a wander, but it wasnt a particularly social flight.
Landed bang on time into MIA, Gate J18 so again the furthest away from immigration but made it straight through, not even having to stop to line up for an officer, through with hand luggage and into an uber within 30 minutes of wheels touching down.
Excellent flight over all.
