Brilliant. Kind. Funny. Never a rehab stint or a shot of his yoo-hoo in paparazzi photos. A different class, you bet.

What can one say? It's truly sad news to hear that a master of one's craft is dead, and sadder still when much of what one remembers of them is laughter in their presence. So few truly happy-go-lucky types on TV anymore...

So, let's remember him in a proper manner:
