How boring!! Those who have been to the States have probably been into an Abercrombie & Fitch store. They have a reputation for very good looking boys and girls in very little clothes in all their marketing, and in some of their Flagship stores topless male models in the doorways, usually looking bored but also posing for photos with customers.

Well it turns out that only employee's are allowed to be topless in store. 110 guys turned up at the flagship 5th Avenue store in NY, they wanted to do some shopping, but they thought since A&F loves topless guys why not shop topless! So they all took their shirts off.

Much amusement initially but then security threw them out ... including two who were actually paying for some $45 shirts!

Even organised by Improv Everywhere, details video and photos here: No Shirts ad Improv Everywhere.

To be honest, I am more than happy for it just to be the uber fit staff being topless, more than enough to keep me occupied without (potentially non fit)customers too :)

Neil

nb: actually, looking at those pics there are some fitties there, but my fears are realised by the amount of non fitties too.

I now avoid that 5th Avenue store. The topless frat boys always looks bored and its like a big disco in there. Full of bridge and tunnelers.

I find it literally imposible to make my way round and find the one item of clothing that would actually fit me in there anyway...

Water Street in NY is SO much better..
