There was an interesting article written on this by the head of BBC World a couple of weeks ago. It will be the same for London as well unless the BBC is given a EUrosport type of contract.


I VPN into a server in the UK, and Bob's a relative by way of being the sibling of one of my parents .....

Not likely an option available to all, but works like a charm.

having just come back from States was quite surprised to see that there is actually more than one country competing in these games! And there are more sports than swimming, gymnastics and beach volley ball!

My feelings exactly. I was amused by the brief coverage of the Women's 400M. They covered the American's bronze run and then finished it with 'She was running a grest race until passed by the runner's from Jamaica and Great Britain' and that was it!
