I've managed to find it too (not Dubai), but don't seem to be able to upload a photo of somewhere else.

First of all you need to tell us where it is and then have Tinks confirm you are right, then to upload a photo click on the "Reply to Post" button at the bottom of the page and just above the Quick Reply box. Underneath the reply box are a couple of tabs. Click on the Upload Attachment tab and upload there. Don't worry if it doesn't confirm the upload. Clicking on the Preview button will show that it is there
